im an engineer who is an enthusiast for makin some flying objects dat could capture images and videos from different areas.. so plz provide me exact info regarding makin n flyin principles n different methods to make it work.
Its near impossible if youre beginning to learn about the RC world and aeronautics. It is better for you to purchase a kit and continue from there. Especially helicopters, because those are the most advanced aircrafts out there. As for a plane, you could purchase a glider and continue from there. So, I would suggest the checking out a website that sells these and that is E-Fliterc.com and see what they have to offer there.

This one is ready to go with weapon already on the hardpoints.
But really if you are a true nut case the problem is going to be your flight time/duration. This is why r/c helicopters don't pose a serious security risk. You can't carry enough fuel to go very far. Once you start strapping on weapons you really cut your range down to about 10 minutes of flight time. At 75 MPH (current r/c helicopter speed record) you aren't going to get very far. Bolt on a Maw-Deuce and you won't even be able to take off.
So why don't you re-ready the Koran and look at how we can peacefully resolve whatever issue you have.
