I would like it to be around $50 including shipping, but I will go to $60 including shipping if I must

I would like it to have decent battery life (for a RC helicopter, so I dunno what to expect)

I would like the battery to charge fast (like the one I linked to says in the bottum of its "features" ("Charges in Just minutes"))

I want it to be able to fly outside (and have enough range that I’ll be able to bring it back safely)

I would also like it to be able to go up, down, left, right, and foweward (3 channel). If it is 4 channel (can go backwords too) then that’s a plus but it is not required

What you are looking for does not exist in the $60 price range. For something that will fly outdoors and do everything that you want it to do is going to start at around $150.
