Heli fuel doesn’t go ‘off’ in the going bad sense. With the right storage conditions it is possible to store it for as long a 5 years but the real problem is whether you can avoid it becoming contaminated with moisture from the air. Each time the fuel is exposed to the air, it absorbs moisture and this can then prevent your model from running as smoothly as it might as the fuel burns. The worst thing you can do is to decant unused fuel back into its container as the re-poured fuel will suck moisture out of the air and then contaminate the pure stuff. If possible, always expel as much air from your storage bottle before tightening the cap.

I’m just looking to buy my first rc helicopter but it’s so confusing. Do I need 2 chs, 4chs or is 6 chs?
Should I get as many chs as I can afford? I don’t even really know what they are.
If you want to control the RC Helicopters flying, you need a radio transmitter(where you can move the stick to control the rc movement). The channel is related with how many part that you will control, such as if you only want to move the 2 part(such as throttle and turn) so you need only 2 channel. In RC HELICOPTERS model, there are more channel needed, and the common used is 6 channel(6chs).Hope it help
If you want to know more about rc helisopters, please check it ot
What’s the best HELI TO BUY?
Walkera 60

Whats the best Helicopter you can buy for a £100?
I know the cheapest is a Pico Z which is really cool but hard to steer and very very cheap now. Whatever you get, make sure you get something decent and not the dodgy ones you get in the market.
There are some fake ones goin about i reckon.
Buy from a reputable dealer and if poss get a demo.
Check out I want one of those . com where they have videos of the copters fying!

I am not concern about the effect airplane electronic device. I am wondering if the helicopter able to hover in one place considering the airplane is moving.
The helicopter is moving at the velocity of the plane, and since there would be no wind resistance in the cabin it would hover just fine.

i want a remote controlled air plane or big helicopter and i like this one. So i looked for reviews for it online but only found three. Can you tell me what reviews and comments people made on this plane or if you have tried please make a review and comment on it
It’s toy quality, meaning that you shouldn’t expect much out of the quality of the plane, it’s flying performance and most of all replacement parts. While flying you must remain 3 steps ahead of the plane to ensure you give it enough time to respond to your control inputs. It will not handle even a slight breeze. Power and duration are low. It does look pretty neat. But it’s still a toy and shouldn’t be purchased as a method of learning how to fly RC.
To get into the RC hobby go down to your local hobby shop and pick up a Parkzone Super Cub distributed by Horizon Hobby. You can even find the package on Horizon Hobbies website.
Check it out and decide whether you want a toy or a hobby.
What is a good RC helicopter? I saw this one and I think it looks pretty good - http://item.express.ebay.com/_Radio-Control-Vehicles__SUPER-HOT-3-CH-RC-MAW-HAWK-DRAGONFLY-HELICOPTER-RTF_W0QQitemZ280143882384QQihZ018QQadnZRadioQ20ControlQ20VehiclesQQptdiZ178QQcmdZExpressItem
I would like it to be around $50 including shipping, but I will go to $60 including shipping if I must
I would like it to have decent battery life (for a RC helicopter, so I dunno what to expect)
I would like the battery to charge fast (like the one I linked to says in the bottum of its "features" ("Charges in Just minutes"))
I want it to be able to fly outside (and have enough range that I’ll be able to bring it back safely)
I would also like it to be able to go up, down, left, right, and foweward (3 channel). If it is 4 channel (can go backwords too) then that’s a plus but it is not required
Can I get your suggestions?
Please give me links
THANKS!
What you are looking for does not exist in the $60 price range. For something that will fly outdoors and do everything that you want it to do is going to start at around $150.
I own a battery charger that came with a radio controlled helicopter. This charger does not have the, [ UL ] Underwritter’s Laboratories, seal of approval on it, like all of my other battery chargers. The instructions say that you should leave the battery pack on the charger for one to one and half hours to get a full charge. This battery charger gets too hot to touch with bare hands after only a half hour. These things are fire hazards!!! When I use this thing I have to set with it and use a stop watch, unplugging it every half hour before it gets too hot. If a person who owns one of these plug-in Chinese battery chargers were to leave it unattended I sure it would start a house fire. When is the United States going to force the Chinese manufactures to stop selling unsafe products, and comply with the safety regulations that American companies have to go by?
manufacturers they can sell what they want.
It is your choice to buy it. If they do not make good safe products, people should choose not to but it.
do not blame the manufacturer, the consumer should not buy a bad product. caveat emptor ( let the buyer beware)
