For anyone who cares, it’s a Walkera #60 (400 size). I never crashed it. Three fires in the ESC, two motors burned out, gyro that can’t be manually set up, a tail servo that failed, and a main gear chewed up by one of the motors, all in less than a month. Spent more trying to fix it than it cost! Offered to pay the difference for a better heli, but no can do… have to see if they can fix this one first. Is that “customer service”? Why won’t XHELI work with me on this?

Don’t know about this one, but the heli I bought from XHELI was a piece of junk. Their service stinks. I think you’d be better off getting involved with a local hobby shop. There is no support. I’m still waiting for my Walkera 400 to be returned. Been over two weeks. They have 1 guy working on them according to the tech I spoke with. Seems that for the volume they do, they should have an army of people fixing these things. Bottom line is… you get what you pay for.

Currently the recommended ones are 11.1v 1800mah. That one should keep the heli balanced and offer performance to weight ratio. This is also the stock battery so its best to stick to this one for now

These helicopters will last between 10-15mins on a regular charge, more on a higher capacity battery. The Premium Edition offers CNC metal rotor head and tail parts along with a Fiberglass canopy. The last question is for yourself, its your preference to decided which do you find more appealing Helicopters or Planes, they both have their positives and downs

I see a lot of people who are having the same experience as I did w/ Xheli. Why sell r/c as ready to fly when it’s not and dont even have a way to charge battery? Servos are junk and pitch incorrect. Wish I had delt w/ someone who is not just a mddleman and cared about their customers.

I bought a Blue Ray 450 and a flight simulator. Xheli has been worthless as far as customer service is concerned and I still havent flown it. Gave it to friends after running outta patience w/ XHeli. When we get a battery charger we wll try it out w/ help from another r/c store.

no glitches what so ever after about 20
flights so far.
only neg is the radios advanced settings need a computer with xp or 2000…to get setup…program doesnt work on vista!!

Good video,I watched this video many times before I bought a blueray450PE for Xmas. I have been flying heli’s for 5yrs and nitro heli’s for 1.5 yrs. I have a Titan Raptor 50 With DX7 TX and futaba servo’s,JR 770 gyro,I love this heli !!!!, But I was looking for a heli like the Blueray, It is in the right price range and I thought It might be a good Heli. As for the Airframe of the Blueray it seems to be a pretty good set up, But for the electronics I don’t think much of them. TX can’t be prog.

Well, I enjoy your videos quite a bit, But I’m so disapointed in Xheli’s service-
I ordered the Blue Ray 450. I received yesterday, With no battery, no transmitter antenna- Not even the original box. I asked for the mode-1 xmitter (bum right hand) which they confirmed they had. Well, I received a mode-2 radio.I contacted them;Their e-mail reply was a short “Only mode 2 available”. no response to the missing battery and antenna. What a disapointment ! . Any help would be appreciated.

how do u make it fly.
i have one of this and i have brake it two times.
first one : the see saws got mess up.
second one: i acciddently flew and turn to the left and the heli fall to the ground and mess it’s rotor housing.
so if i want to fly it do i just go to the max throttle power i has or what should i do.
(I’m a begginner) so i don’t want to keep messing with this expensive thing.
