For those who know about RC HELICOPTERS only?

i have an rc chopper. when i charge it and start it , after reaching a
certain speed , the blades stop and the heli says the battery is low .
but if i continue spinning the blades below the flying speed , the battery
does not does not discharge. WHAT IS WRONG ?

Please state the brand and model of the helicopter, and I will provide the needed information for the fix.
