In this video you get to finally HOVER your RC helicopter. The basics of hovering flight are explained and then demonstrated for you.

The NEXT video will be more practice of the rudder control as well as hovering forward, backwards, and side to side.

A video series teaching you how to eventually fly full function 6 channel RC Helicopters. This video concentrates on the cyclic control as well as getting you use it with the rudder at the same time to keep the helicopter oriented in the same direction.

The plan is to start you out on a coaxial helicopter, teach you the basics which are broken up into easy to learn and practice steps. Once these skills are mastered you are ready to move on to a 6 channel helicopter.

4 Year Old Justin Chi - RC Heli Stick Movement - Sep 2006

4 year old Justin Chi http://www.justinchi.com flies his Raptor 50 heli at the 2006 OC Bob Fun-Fly. Alan Szabo Sr. recorded Justin’s stick movements while Alan & Danny watching the flight. This event is the first time that Justin was exposed in public. After his buddy box fligth with Raptor 50, he went back to sim doing fig 8’s for safety. He then started flying at the field again around the end of July. So, he has been flying at the field for about 2 months prior to this video.
